StartUpSelling provides insurance agency marketing services for agencies, brokers, and for specialty agents like trucking and benefits agencies. Working closely with the CEO and sales team, I was responsible for creating cutting edge, professional, website designs that appealed to their client base.

As Production Manager, I reported directly to the CEO and I was responsible for production workflow and increasing profitability through streamlining production processes. I managed a team of six in-house designers and developers, and an offshore development team. Assisted team members with development issues and design review, and assisted project managers and customer service with high-level client escalations.

Designed and managed the creation of snocountry.org, from Photoshop prototyping to HTML coding and working with PHP developers on functionality. Was responsible for layout, design, text placement, and maintenance of the company website.

Hired to manage and design ASP-driven e-commerce application projects, and to develop and implement graphical design prototypes for customer web sites. Manage offshore developers on Internet and intranet related development projects. Design graphical interfaces and create layout structure for Internet projects. Develop Internet applications written in ASP and HTML. Utilized RUP and Extreme Programming methodologies.
